What are the property requirements?
Self-contained, unfurnished, clean and safe — with a valid Gas Safety Certificate, EICR, and an EPC rating of D or above for PSL.
How long is the lease?
The standard PSL lease is 2 years; up to 5 years may be available where grants or incentive payments apply.
Do I get my property back?
Yes — vacant possession at the end of the lease, with a joint hand-back inspection.
What does it cost?
